The only interaction I have had with Serena Smith was when I left a bad review regarding a notification from my mortgage company that my insurance was increasing and Serena's team would not know how much it would be and I should contact the home office. I expressed my disappointment that my agent did not know. I did not leave a good review. Serena did contact for the first time I had any interaction with her in all the years she had been my agent and asked me to remove the review. Although I should not have, I did so.
